We serve all of Northern Utah, including Cache, Weber, Davis, Wasatch, Summit, Salt Lake, and Utah Counties. We are also willing to travel to other nearby areas for an extra travel fee.
To secure your date, we collect a 50% non-refundable deposit. You’ll also receive a digital contract to sign. The remaining balance is due the week of your event, before the performance. As your event approaches, we’ll work with you to complete our song selection form and make sure everything is planned exactly how you want it.

If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate a new date that works for both you and our musicians. Your original deposit can be applied toward the new date, subject to availability.
We'd love to play at your outdoor event! Just a few things to keep in mind: our wooden instruments are sensitive to cold, so we can't perform if the temperature is below 60°F. If it starts to rain, we'll need full shelter. For summer weddings, it's best if we can set up in the shade, either under a tree or an umbrella.
We typically wear formal formal black as a quartet. We're happy to match your event's dress code upon request.
Our musicians play acoustically, and the sound usually carries beautifully without any amplification—no speakers needed! For larger events, the venue can sometimes set up a mic in front of the quartet for a little extra volume.
